WBC-Effect at Inter-Cooling

Inter-Cooling describes cooling measures that are performed between athletic exertion (e.g., breaks or halftimes). Cooling during halftime breaks (e.g., in soccer), game breaks (e.g., tennis), or during breaks at combined events or other track and field disciplines (e.g., breaks between entries in technical disciplines) is referred to as Inter-Cooling.

Inter-Cooling can be used to to shorten necessary breaks between two training sessions, which in turn allows a more intensive training.
